I'll be traveling to Pensacola this upcoming week. Hoping to stumble upon an aquaculture farm where I'll be able to get a couple blue prawn. Does anyone know of any in the northern part of the state? I looked at the distance to Miami and it is a 12 hour trip each way. Not gonna happen. :/

I'm in panama City, wish I could help. I've never seen blue prawns here...

not any here in tallahassee as far as i know....most of the fish farms are mid and south florida

Thanks guys. That's what I'm seeing. Maybe there will be some at the local LFS. If not, it looks like I have a lead or two out of TX.

My LFS had blue prawns just last week but they might be goan because one of there regulars has been wanting to buy blue prawns.

Huh... Well that is promising indeed. I'll have to keep my eyes open while there. Sure my girlfriend will love it when I'm scouring the town for prawn and she wants to relax on vaca. haha
