Hey everyone. Have you noticed that there are a lot of members being banned lately? Some have actually been a member for a long time. What are your feelings about it? The Doctor.

They're always banned for a reason. Most of the time you won't see the reason because we try to clean the crap up. We will not instantly ban anyone unless they're obvious trolls, spammers, or post extremely inappropriate content.

yes a lot of the new members posting threads that I've seen have really been asking for it. Trolling is not taken too well on this site, also what happened to

I think we should make our own MFK with only one super cool admin where nobody can get banned unless they like post p0rn or other ridiculous stuff (trolling, etc.)

well i have always assumed they did something to deserve it. lol

There are still rules ppl should follow here-and ppl seem to forget this is a fish forum-sure we like to have fun also and joke around. But, this is not a meat market or singles dating scene-there are other boards for that stuff. Some things are just downright inappropriate to say and post.

We make judgment calls as a team. You might not always agree with the decision, but if the situation were reversed, we may not agree with your calls either. We make these calls based on the rules and based on previous history and value to the forum vs. detriment to the forum. It's very easy to follow the rules here. If you don't post inappropriate material, be civil, and contribute to the forum then banishment will never be an issue. Good rule of thumb: If it's questionable, don't post it and you won't put us in a situation where we have to make a judgment call. This issue has been discussed at length and doesn't require further attention.
