Here in the US it's a holiday weekend and Memorial day is Monday....
God bless those who gave up there lives in service of our country... It is they who gave us, and keep our right to be free!

Now having said that... It's time to BBQ and have a beer!

If your BBQing today post your pics. We had burgers, chicken, and smoked sausage yesterday.... Today it's hickory smoked whole pork loin, and baby back ribs.......yummmmmmmmmmmmm

Chow Down!!! I have 30lbs of ribs, 16lbs of ground angus, 12lbs of summer/country sausage, 8lbs of venison backstrap, and 20lbs of yardbird leg/thigh quarters for a snack on the lake tomorrow.
