Just bought the movie REDLINE, and they raced one of these. I loved the sound of the supercharger on this car so I looked it up. Awesome vehicle. The huge Mercedes symbol you see is actually the Ram intake. Check this link to see the car and it's engine.

Found one for sale, only 215000 British pounds, with less than 8K. Going to my change jar now...
 
Those are really cool cars made to order saw a lot of them in my former work they don't let us drive those though but they let us drive S65's and SL 65's the most expensive they let us drive there when I use to work in Mercedes Benz USA in Carson,ca.
 
those kinds of cars are just for show...you have a 800 horsepower engine but cant go beyond the 65 mph speed limit, whats the point?! but it's a nice ride though...

That may be so, but my 205 HP Saturn has seen almost twice that. There is a difference between "can" and "allowed to".

Having said that, the 89 in a 60 ticket sucked. :(

Agreed... When I had a long drive home from work.... nobody on the freeway when I got off... i mean nobody... I found my truck had a 98 mph limiter in it, couldn't go faster then that.

I drove home at about 95.
 
Just to clarify: I don't condone speeding. But it may happen, on a closed course on occasion. Or when the need to pass someone occurs.

Exactly! We have several closed courses around here:)
 
Slr' mclarens have been out for a good while now, i constantly read mags so i know about all of these cars.
 
they are sexy but I'd rather have a saleen S7
