Merging Rena X3/X4 at outlet... good or bad?

I have 4 drilled holes in my 300gl and I am using one. So since I have 3 left and 2 canisters I was wondering how this would work...

I was thinking of using both inlets of each canister and merging the outlet together.

My question will this effect canisters normal mechanical use?

As long as the combined return fitting is big enough to not restrict the flow it shouldnt be a problem
