My 2 oscars when eating goldfish, sometimes spit parts of the fish out . My Question is I have a dragonfish about 5 to 6 inches long will he eat the remains thanx sincerly

ya i guess it does depend on the parts they throw back out

This picture is from "the goldfish castle", it is a Gobioides broussonnetii which is also called a dragon eel, dragon goby, or violet gobie. They will eat small bits of flesh and fins but you cannot rely on them to get it all. They like tiny fragments of food, tiny shrimp, worms, and eaven bacteria.

I have a dragon eel, and like guppy said, they mainly bottom feed on smaller things. They may pick at some of the discarded remains, but I wouldn't count on them to be your clean-up crew from your oscars. Best thing to do, is just remove the uneaten parts left behind, rather than "wait and see". No sence in dropping your water quality just to ensure nothing is wasted right?!
