Thats not a Metae. Sorry to say but you found yourself something even more rare an Aequidens Diadema. I have one as well. Mine is 8" here is a size pic for ya that I just took while moving his tank.

Here is some more shots of mine but obviously you have a superb camera that takes amazing photos but mine are crappy. Metae do look similar but you have a Diadema.

Well, I totally suck at IDing fish! LOL Thanks for the correction
I got that fish at an auction and it was labeled metae. I really never looked into it. Unfortunately it had a mate at the auction, but someone drove the bid up on it so I didn't get it.
