Ok i see everyone making there stand out of wood, (nothing wrong with that) i was curious, does anyone have any designs for a metal stand?
i am talking about stands for glass or acrylic aquariums, not so much the massive aquariums used to pay homage to the aquatic gods.
something simple, with that reef-er fung shui simple look. cabinetry can always be added later, but a design for a study metal stand with LOTS OF PICTURES and maybe a video. mig or stick welds but more just metal placements and types of tube or angle iron.
i am in college now but once i get out and can have some serious cash i am going to make one but i was hoping there was a welder here who could put some foundation into this process.
if a thread or video isn't up in 4 years, when i'm out of school, i will post my own.
