Meth usage and dosage questions

I have some F0 plecos that I will be ordering from an on-line vendor.

They will be placed in a qt tank for up to two weeks... Can I treat with Levamisole and Methronidazole at the same time? Should the dosages be adjusted or used at full strength....?

Qt tanks are 40 breeders...Levamisole at 2.5 grams and ?

This is the first time I have supposed F0 stock coming in....
Any suggestions

I hear meth is a pretty strong parasite med, so I would just use the meth at full dosage by itself IMO. What kind of plecos?

was worried about internal worms infecting my display tanks. I heard meth is not that effective on internal worms?

x4 being that I am a resident of Washington, close to several hot 'Meth' areas...Although the news reports of exploding trailer homes and cars has gone down in recent years...lol..

OP I am with the first response, one med at a time for my fish, remove after dosing time and start with the other med. For what it's worth, my Plecos seem very resilient to most stress(11.5" common, 8" Chocolate and a 7.5" Spotted highfin).

I've had good luck deworming by soaking food in Prazi-Pro. That way it goes through their tract and then stays in the water column. I add about 4/5ths of the full dose to the tank itself, then feed soaked food for three days without a water change to let the meds accumulate. But I've only used it alone, and with good results. Had one raphael dump a thimble's worth of worms!
