A recent discussion got me thinking about this pretty much unused page and if it could be re jigged to support a no nonsense, no filler, maybe no comments page, where some of the more advanced discussions and build projects could be cleaned up and added.
People wanting to add new content on the page would have to get it prove read first where it could then be added on the page as well as on the relevant subject page allowing discussion of the topic but keeping a original version as well.

Basically what I was thinking as well.

I've recently moved Articles to the Forum Info section at the top of the list, to give better visibility. I'm considering ways to have threads nominated for inclusion in our Articles area, but I've yet to work something out. A very real possibility, especially for stickies, is that I can put a permanent redirect into the Articles area to the appropriate thread.

Good thinking though, I like where your head is at.

C Chicxulub Why not have us members send mods threads that we believe should be included (like how people send pictures to kno4te and gourami swami for totm and potm) and when we have say 10 threads or so a thread is put up where we can vote for if we want them to be put in the articles section?

Basically what I'm thinking is threads will be nominated like the Awards section, then voted on like the *OTM contests.

I'm all about getting suggestions however. I'm not stuck on my idea.

I’m all for that idea as it does seem very efficient.
