-Any item/material/merchandise/service that may violate any law, statute, ordinance, or regulation (including without limitation those governing export control, consumer protection, unfair competition, antidiscrimination, or false advertising).
-Any item/material/merchandise/service that may be defamatory, trade libelous, unlawfully threatening, or unlawfully harassing.
-Any item/material/merchandise/service that may be obscene or contain child pornography.
-Any item/material/merchandise/service that may contain any viruses, Trojan horses, or other computer programs that are intended to damage, detrimentally interfere with, surreptitiously intercept, or expropriate any system, data, or personal information.
-Any information provided that may link directly or indirectly to or include descriptions of goods or services that:
-Are prohibited under this Agreement.
-You do not have a right to link to or include.
In no event will MonsterFishKeepers.com or any of our affiliated sponsors be accounted for any special, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of, or in connection with this agreement.
Please pertain the discussion to the item being sold (no trolling, spamming and derailing). All other posts not relevant to the item being sold will be deleted.
Failure to comply with the rules and/or requests from our MFK Administration could result in your loss of forum privileges and/or access. MFK reserves the right to apply restrictions to violators without prior notification.
