Publicity is our best defense.

However we should start thinking about plan "B".

We may be right on the law, but the threat of being plowed under by a well funded opponent in endless litigation is very, very real.

With over 92,000 members we should have a not inisgnificant number of attorney's in our ranks. We should assess this potential asset. It may be the case that we have our own cadre of attorneys who would be willing to work together on a Pro Bono basis in defense of the MFK.

I would ask every attorney who might be willing to help to post on this thread.
