Any MFKers in Memphis or surrounding areas?
 
If any of you MFKers are from Memphis do you know any places besides House of Tropicals & Bob's Tropical to buy CA/SA Cichlids and Oddballs fish?
 
Just wanted to say hello to the Memphis Monsterfishkeepers. I'm here from Nashville and hope to be moving my tanks here soon. I have a 55g and a 125g with mostly severums and a few odd balls like a 12" Royal Clown Knife and BP. I'm getting ready to order a 240g and will be looking for stock.
Is there any local clubs or sites ? Looking forward to meeting some new friends, and people too...
 
I get most of my monster/ oddballs from house of tropicals. I usually have him order what i want and pick up on fridays. I dont do much shopping elsewhere unless its food or supplies or if sonething is on sale. Watch sunpet.com, they update every monday around 1p. Find what u want and call house of tropicals by thursday so he can put it on his friday order

I am from Memphis and do most of my shopping at Memfish. I was a regular @ Bob's Tropicals, but sadly they have closed. Are there any aquarium clubs here in the Mid-South area?
 
There is also (on TpT) WTFAS (West Tennessee Freshwater Aquarium Society which meets at Bobs 1 time a month.
