MGS 1 unopened copy!

I have a Unopened copy of Metal gear soild 1 still in the plastic wrapping has a slight scratch.. Anyone know what this is worth? I would like to sell it to buy more fish.. If anyone knows let me know!! I'll post pics of it later.

There are a few of them on ebay for over $500 and one is over $1K, but they've all been graded so you might have to have it looked at by a professional to but a value on it.

Because they are listed at that price does not mean they are worth that price. Those people paid to have it graded then slapped an astronomical price on it. Look at completed auctions to get a better idea how much they really go for. I can guarantee those outrageously priced MGS games have never sold.

If you look at the price its about 15 - 20 bucks on e-bay for ungraded versions...

Actually come to think about it, i still have the original collectors box set for MGS 1 somewhere, although its been opened and played with already...

Be sure to include whether it is greatest hits or not and make sure you are up front about any damage or tear in the shrinkwrap cause collectors are really finicky about that stuff and will file chargebacks on paypal. Also be sure to pack it really well (use a box). Those bubble mailers get tossed around and PS1 games easily get cracked. That is another way to get a collector freaked out. Good Luck!
