Got up early today and wanted to try finding some nice jags or some peacock bass and wham these two showed up. Im pretty excited because i never get em to bite in the glades GREAT fighters! also caught some huge salvinis and small peacock bass surprisingly i couldn't snag not one midas wouldn't bite anything. This is a temporary home for em my 55gallon with my mayan hes around 6inches so u can get how big these guys are. If i cant find anywhere to put em or sell em ill prob just release in the lake in my complex :)

I'm gonna have to take me a trip to Florida sometime. That's crazy you guys down there can catch these fish.

Yes you are a lucky SOB lol....personally I would consider them feral, not wild, but quite cool nonetheless.

the glades and many places in south florida are full of them these probably were not pets before but ya never kno
