Only for the howler monkey, That amnesty pet thing IMO is a farce its run by a lady who dislikes exotic pets and by exotics I mean things like snakes and other herps which require no license.
They often have ads in craigs list and word it so some think that even if they own a garter snake its illegal.
Who knows what type homes these animals will actually get.
