Mice Ate My Fish Food :(

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
It's possible that you have a food source of some sort in your garage (or your home) that these mice are living off of. If there is no food source...then the mice will leave. Killing/catching the mice you currently have is only a short term solution. If this food source is not eliminated...the mice will soon return.

Depends on whether you want to do it humanely or sadistically haha. Humanely- I have purchased the electric traps from home depot and they work great. You put a little peanut butter in them and put them along a wall and within a few days you should have a present. If not, just buy the old school snap traps and let them suffer.

Catch them barehanded and bite their heads off, then toss them to your aros.

I had some luck using peanut butter as bait with sticky traps...but with the garage, your number one issue is going to be access from outside. Find all the holes and seal them, otherwise it would just become thr you hunting live food in the garage for your fish activity for your wife to gawk at.

Alice Cooper style lol. x2 on the peanut butter and sticky traps.

Mouse trap along the wall, they tend to run along the wall. If you want, use push pin and some peanut butter on the wall above the trap. They will try to reach for it and set off the trap.

Can't you just borrow superoscar's mouse eating Pleco? I'm sure he's been able to get it to live in fresh, salt and on land by now.
