can my arrow get sick from eating mice? im aware of the scratching factor but can he get diseased from them?

Are you feeding it live or frozen? Too much mammalian protein can cause digestive issues. If used moderately, that's fine. I am not aware of any parasites that would cause an issue other than by nutritional means.
