Hey I live in Windsor Ontario and want to buy a new 55 gallon to be a sump and I want to know where I could buy them in the states. Any good aquarium stores in Rochester Hills?? Auburn Hills?? I am kinda looking to stay out of downtown detroit lol I think for obvious reasons. Anyone know any good ones??

Well the only one thats reputible is Moby Dicks and its in clarkston, about 15 minutes from Auburn Hills, but they are kinda pricey but know their stuff.

Coming from Windsor, just take 94 East to 696 and get off at Gratiot. Go south on gratiot about 1/2 mile, and between 10 and 11 mile is a great pet store called "Oceans and Seas." It will be on your right hand side.. big yellow sign, can't miss it. They will even drill the holes in your sump for you. That would be your best bet, Garden City is a bit out of your way...
There are 2 other pet stores on Gratiot North of 696... one at like 12 mile called "Sea World"... owners are kind of wierd but they have some decent tanks.
A bit further north is a nice place called "Tropical Treasures" It's right past the Target that would be on your right... probably at about 14 1/2 mile and Gratiot.

They have 50 gallon tanks (48"x12"x18") for $39.99. A 120 (48"x24"x24") will run you around $230.

detroit isnt bad at all, its just a bad reputation, go to aquatic discoveries in sterling heights, or kees pets in shelby twp.
