Sup people. I will soon be sellking most of my fish and would like to purchase a turtle with that money.

Now I will be buying at the reptile expo in Taylor, Michigan. Could anyone tell me how much some of the following turtle go for?

Mud
Musk
Chinese Soft Shell

Thanks

just warning you know, there's usually not that many turtles at expos, and sorry i don't know the prices.

Get a mata mata... I think they are about 250$..

Chinese Softshells should be less than 50$..

Im not sure of the exact prices..

Mata mata would be pretty cool, but I'm aiming for something smaller ;)

How about those Diamond Backs...?

Sorry dude, but I don't think you can help me. You live in India and the pricess over here are alot different then where you live. Terrapins are nice, but it;'s not what I'm looking for at the moment.

Agree..with the prices.. But i did see a few thread with pics that show the prices.. and i think some of the turts here are cheaper than there.. Eg. Albino Chinese Softshells were available at 50$...and i think in the US they went for more than 100$..

I hope you are able to get the turtle ur looking for within your budget...

Depends what species you want when it comes to Mud and Musk Turtles. Some or the rarer species can go for quite a bit. Stinkpots are usually the cheapest of the bunch. I paid $20 for my female Florida Stinkpot and I think my juvenile Red Cheek Mud Turtle was around $30.

I like the prices I'm hearing so far, sounds good. Thanks

If you are close to Ypsilanti Michigan theres a asian food market on Washtenaw that sells softshell turtles by the pound for food.

Do they sell baby ones? and do they speak english? XD I don't know, i would rather not spport that trade.
