Sorry I didnt read Saginaw. Saginaw has a petsmart, pet supplies plus and a place called aquatic gardens. Petco would be in flint area. Other than that theres really nothing. Aquatic Gardens is pretty decent...its on tittabawassee over the 1-75 bridge
