micro bubbles

I have a coralife skimmer 3 days old, had it set up and running right...Did a 20% water change and moved the skimmer to other side of the tank and now I have tons of bubbles...Checked intake for leaks, looks OK...bubbles are coming out of the diffuser....And the main chamber has bubbles all the way down, where before the move and W/C the bottom half of the chamber was just clear water...Is this from my water change? Also have flow dial turned all the way down and seems to be more volume coming in also to cup on top...Thanks in advance
