What kind of Dats are these little guys... Niether of them are bigger then one inch me and my friend bought one each today but i'm holding onto his for alittle while...

what kind of blood worms should i feed them freeze dried that float or frozen which sink....Does it matter? I notice they eat a bit of plankton...however, i would like o know which food is the best to speed up their growth rate
