4 days ago I introduced my new Channa Micropeltis to my Big tank which only housed an African Sharptooth Catfish Clarias gariepinus, and a Pleco. I feared that after the 42 cm Snakehead acclimates to the new tank , he will attack and injure or maybe kills the Catfish . Waking up today I was surprized to see the snakehead all bruised up , with nasty wounds on the gill covers and torn fins ... Like WTF ?! I thought Snakeheads where badasses ??! even after I turned on the lights the Catfish kept attacking it , biting and slamming the snakehead to the rocks and glass , the snakehead injured himself more trying to escape and bumping to everything in its path . He tried to fight back but man that catfish was vicious he took couple of bites to the head and kept coming , after that snakehead got desperate and sat in the corner and took the punishment . here is some pics of the snakehead , if you look close you can see how the scales are ripped off along the body :

I took the Catfish away in a hurry Knowing it was the same size as the snakehead , about 44 cm , here are the pic of the catfish after i took him out :

Anybody wants a terminator catfish ??!
