I woke up this morning and noticed that my escondido had some nipped on fins. The only fish that I have in my tank is a 5inch jag, 5inch midas, 5inch escondido and a 4inch argentea. The only one that I have seen chasing the escondido when the lights are on is the midas. Is there anyway to get this to stop or am I going to have to move him to a different tank.

There are the usual things you can try such as doing a complete redo of the tank decoration with or without removing the fish from the tank. Honestly I think it's better to remove the fish from the tank. Leave them in a bucket or something for an hour or 2 and then put them all back in at the same time. You can try lowering the temp a little bit but I wouldn't go any lower than 74F.
Add additional hiding spaces in the form of caves where only the smaller, picked on fish can get to that the larger fish can't. Of course if they're all the same size that's going to be hard to do. However even if you can get this to work, if the smaller fish is constantly having to remain hidden then that's not really a good life for that fish. If there's only the occasional chase and the smaller fish just has to get away for a few minutes then that's a much better scenario.
Bottom line is it all depends on the personality of the fish and you have a lot of potential aggression in that tank.

Were the escodidio and argentea the fish you just rerceived from rapps? if so it might be the midas is ticked off because the new fish are in his territory..... what i did before introducing my fish is i took all my fish out and put the new fish inn first and it seemed to work.... you can try moving around the decorations
The jag owns one side of the tank and the midas owns the other. But the midas does not mess with the jag.
