What do you guys think of putting 6 very large (atleast 5-6 inches) tinfoil barbs in with my 14 inch midas in my 225 gal. HE has never had tankmates, but would the tinfoil barbs be fast enough and enough of them that it wouldn't be a problem? Would the form a school and disperse the aggresion or is it a bad idea? I realize there will obiously be risk no matter what, but how good are the chances?

Well either everything is going to be fine an you will have no problems, or all the tinfoil barbs will get killed. I would give it a try. I keep 4 with my 10" midas in a 75gal.

I have a 4 inch midevil in with about 15 Mbuna ranging from 1-7 inches in length, 4 Convict cichlids, 2 jack dempseys, 1 Carpintis (also about 4 inches), a striped raphael catfish, and 3 giant danios with absolutely no problems. Tank is a 180 gallon (72" x 24" x 24").
