I think what he means is that he doesn't look vigorously hybridized like you see in all Midas/RD specimens from the LFS, and the only way to get a pure Midas or RD seems like getting one wild caught these days. But yea, I know it's still a crapshoot with that method.
And just as a disclaimer, I don't know that much about RD/Midas's and as such, can't tell if this one has been hybridized...
