Midevil Sex? Help Plz.

So I have this big midevil that i've always assumed was a male, based on the nuchal hump and trailers and so fourth, but have never been able to beed.
I was playing with him/her today, and turned the fish upside down, and got a good look at the vent. It looks pretty much round to me. Sorry for the bad pics, the fish is really strong and hard to keep still so theyre a little blurry.... is this just a big female?

Help Plz.

The vent pictures are really blurry. Can't really tell with those pics. IMO This midevil is a male..

Well thanks, I'm not just saying that because I've never vented a fish before lol.
I've been venting parrots for years, I extrapolated from that that a male parrots vent would be similar to a male midases vent, yes?
My big male parrots have vents that are markedley pointed, and the females are always round.

Does it mean from the other post that both male and female midas'es vents are round?

My 'male' midas here has a round vent, thats what threw me

I had a male Midas that I am pretty sure was male but the tube looked female.
