Hello,
I've been wanting to due a pond for a while now, and I've run out of space inside for any monsters. So, I've decided to heat the pond.
I really want a redtail in this pond. I've just been reading the sticky which says 12' by 4' would be a good footprint, but id rather do 8' by 6' which is the same. I know how much these guys eat, and I know how much that can cost. I'm planning on devoting a whole 75 gallon to breeding crayfish feeders, and also am looking into breeding nightcrawlers. Will also be using massivore. Anyway, I'd like to keep some p-bass and 1-2 aros in the pond.
If I added the bass and aros first, let them grow to almost full size, then added a small RTC would that help their chances of not being eaten? I know there's no guarantee but if it helps, it helps. If not, would a cat only pond be worth it with a RTC, shovelnose, and sailfin Pim or something like that?
If I added the bass and aro
