might be pickin up a 300g

So I might be getting a 300g, 96x24x30, for free. I need help with stocking, I would really like to include my 5" midas/rd if possible. Do you think I could do a school of silver dollars, 2 male cons, 1 male midas/rd, and then from there I am stuck. any help????

U took the words outta my mouth. I read the post like 6 times and couldnt understand how free and 300 gal went together.

First let me say congrats and u are my idol for the rest of the night.

I say follow in my footsteps go light aggressive SA/CA cichlids severums,geo's, pikes and such and super stock it with catfish sy'do's, suncats, asian bumbles. Get colorful ones. Thats what I say.

Gotta remember its only 2ft deep? then 2.5ft high. 8 Long. Stock with New World Cichlids. Midas, Cons, Jags, Festae, pretty much mild/agressive cichlids. That'd be cool. Maybe a few types of cats? Clarias.

1 male midas, 1 male robertsoni, 1 male convict, 1 pike, 1 vieja sp., some silver dollars, and a couple striped raphel catfish.
