Well guys I think the time has come, I may be done with cichla. I've now realized that this is not really a long term hobby. It's fun to keep them when they're small but once these guys become monsters it's not so fun anymore unless you have a HUGE tank. It's too much work to stay on top of things just to be able to keep the fish healthy.
I also now know why some of the main players have down sized and moved on. It's been fun, and while I would love nothing more than to keep a tank full of monster bass, I need to do what's better for the fish.
With that, I won't be out completely. I plan on keeping just two or three of my orinos along with the little guys. I will listing the fish for sale soon, so if you're interested hit me up
