Migrating from Fluval 405 to fx5

Community Wisdom requested: Any common mistakes or errors to avoid?

Tank & Equip specs

-Going into a 150 or 220 tank
-Freshwater
-using a UV filter​

Plan to use

-Chemi-pure elite
-Seachem Matrix​

I've been running tanks for a few years and I know ALL filters have their quirks, so any advice is appreciated.

Nothing to worry about here. I have two 404s for several years and this year added an FX5. Still running all three, however, if I had let my two 404s go, there really would not have been any noticeable impact.
