Had a nice haul for a total of $31
5 x Geophagus iporagensus juvies

a male bellycrawler pike, for my awaiting cannibalistic female

my waiting female

4 x Nimbochromis livingstoni luvies (rift lake Africans)

and a few future meals for me, and until then, great target fish, 8 Tilapia zillii juvies

Tilapia zilli are great fish... don't see them around much anymore!

Someone around here has a spawning pair, there must have been at least half dozen bags with 8-10 juvies in each.
I've also seen an ad in the gcca.net classifieds (Greater Chicago Cichlid Assn) for adult pairs.
Lots of Apistos, a couple peacock bass, adult Oreochromis (Singidia) esculentes, and other Victorians, and of course many other rift lake and non-cichlid species were available at the auction.

common in Chicago still, went to San Antonio last year to catch them, wasn't a problem in the past....., this time not one was seen/caught, maybe their recent flood pushed them all downstream?
