Topic. Also, do all of them get that deep deep deeeeeeeeep red hue or is it just some lucky specimens? I've seen some that dont even look that red at all.

In my opinion you should have at the very least a 55 gal tank for a single Red Devil or a Red Terror and a 75 gal for the male Jag.
55 is the minimum for a red devil, a 90-100 gal would be much better
for a male jag, i would say 90 also as they grow to about 16 inches
for a male red terror, they grow up to 20 inches, i wouldnt put a full growm male in anything less than a 110 gal

I would say for A Red TERROR a 75-90 gallon for a female 150 gallon for a male and 200 gallon for a pair.
