hello guys i really want to kkep some sort of ray but im not sure if any of my tanks are large enough have got a 72"x18"x18" or 48x24"x24" could i house any species of ray for life in one of these tanks?

^ That is correct according the the MFK species profiles.

While I've never kept rays, I did a lot of research here on the subject when I was considering buying a teacup ray. The tank sizes you have could house a young reticulated ray for a long time; however, if you know upgrading is not going to be an option at any point in the future, perhaps it's best to consider alternative bottom-dwellers.

also, while it's not approved on this forum, I've seen people keep retics in 48"x24" aquariums.

you put a 16" car wheel in a 48x24 tank and tell me what it looks like if you can even get it in

those sizes are not intended for long term correct care, good for growouts but the FAIREST tank is more like 96x36
