Min temp for cichlids

please tell what is the min temperature for cichlids?

Minimum temp for keeping them, or minimum survivable temp? I had a bunch in a cooler during a move, probably 10-11hrs. Water temp went to the high 50's/ low 60's and the fish looked dead, just floating/drifting around. I warmed the water slowly, and didn't lose any. Don't recommend it though. I keep mine (africans) at 74 when I'm on vacation. They need less food and are not as aggressive. 78 the rest of the time

yeah, low 70s...but not always the best idea to keep it low, try to stay above 74

definatly nothing under 74 best around 78-80.

Nothing under 70. Sure they can survive, but not for long in those cooler temperatures.
