Minature Beard Dragon?!?

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
there is a mini dragon called long tailed earless dragon (tympanocryptis teraporophora) they get to 4" but dislike being handled alot, well as much as any dragon can be handled. :D hope that helped

It's just a poorly kept, under metabolized Dragon. I don't know where the sand impaction part came from, as it looks like it's kept on Aspen?

like any other animal or person for that matter there are circumstances where an animal will not reach full size even with the proper care, ie. runts of the litter with dogs and cats, and so on. some people are always smaller. i know these are bad examples but it does happen.

i had a bearded dragon i got at a show when i was younger and no matter how much i fed him he just never got as big as other dragons i had in the past. he was kept under the same conditions as other dragons i had but he didnt get as big. was he healthy, yes, but i also thin k he suffered from not getting to his full size. he did live a shorter life than the others but other than that he was the same.

i cant say what caused this dragon to be stunted. it could be a number of factors

Maybe they are keeping the lights, but it doesnt say they are included in the sale so i wonder if it even has them?

Oh and this "miniture tigar stripe" bearded dragon also has no teeth. :screwy:

It's possibly a Rankins/Lawsons dragon, but they cost way more than $75.

There is the 'vittikin' (Pogona vitticeps x rankin), but Im not sure how much smaller they are exactly, and there are several smaller species but none the average Joe could get ahold of easily...

Doesant look healty, 90% shure its just a stuned normal dragon:screwy:
