finally got the tank up and running last weekend, here are some pics.
let me know what you think.
still to add are heaters and bio media (waiting for pot scrubbers), probably a power head and of course, FISH :)

Water is still not crystal clear, hopefully by the time it's cycled it will be.

I'm really liking the mini indoor pond look. :naughty:

Looks great! How many gallons? Planned stocking?

Thanks, I believe it's a little under 180 gallon because of the corners.

most likely piranhas, either a shoal of caribes or a blue diamond rhom with some small fishes, i.e. neon, mollies, swordtails, etc.

Dimensions?
Looks awesome!
Thanks, it's 44'x45"x21"

how big does ray get? what's the smallest ray I can get? can ray be kept together with piranhas? caribes or rhom?

no ray can be kept with piranhas. But if you want one that doesnt grow too too large, look into a hysterix or humerosa.

IDK, I'd suggest a bunch of tiny fish unless you are determined on going ]V[onster. I'm sure you could get a smaller shoal of larger fish. Maybe a bunch of CLs and some Tetras?

pretty much set for caribes but those are hard to come by (babies) so I'll get either a blue diamond or caribes depends on which one I can find first.
thanks for the suggestions tho
