Okay so I have a spare 29 gallon and I would love to put a single predatory fish in it but it seems that every fish I find needs atlest 55 gallons. Is there possibly a small predator or "mini monster that I can add to my tank or am I just kidding myself? saltwater or freshwater I dont care. I idnt where to post this so I posted it here.

get one of the smaller puffers, fresh, brackish or salt ( don't know much about salt)
Also...if you wanna do salt, maybe you could get a mantis shrimp(probably have to be a species tank), I don't know much about them, but they seem cool, and I would imagine 29 galloons would be more then big enough

I loved these when I kept them in a 29! They aren't easy to find in the hobby either but cool little devils! Check it out. belonesox belizanus, mini monsters for sure with a monster appetite!
