Minimum number of skunk loaches?

I have a 38gal tank and im considering addong some skunk loaches. However, i have a single angelfish in the tank and i dont want his fins to be nipped. Whats the minimum number of skunk loaches that i would need to keep them from harassing and nipping my other fish so they will just act aggressively towards their own species?
Would i be able to keep just 3?

No, you can't keep any skunk loaches at all. Stick to Botia striata or Pangio sp.

Yeah i saw that when i looked at the species profile lupin had posted. I knew they were feisty but i didnt know they were that aggressive.
