what would be the minimum tank size for an oscar, pike cichlid, carpinte, paratillapia polleni, plus 2 big ol rhino plecostamus..... and possibly a jaguar?????

an oscar can get 15"
pike cichlids avg. 12"
carpinte 6.5"
paratillapia polleni 11"
2 Rhino Plecos 18" x2
and if Jaguar Cichlid 12-18"
80.5 in of fish w/o jags
w/ jags 110.5"
they recomed 3 gal per peaceful fish. at least 5 for agressive fish.
so at least a 552.5 gal tank GL

the oscar will eventually be killed by the jag or by the polleni
unless you start with a fairly large oscar and smaller jags

You could easly pull this of with a standard 180g. There are unknown factors though, such as the individual temperment/personality of each fish. Example being my 10" polleni just will not get along with any other large cichlid. He is very territorial and chases all fish away. Problems start when a R.T or R.D equal to his size get tired of the BS and rips the lower lip off the polleni.
Combos such as this will always be hit and miss, it's aways best to have alternate tanks available in case of problems.
