Hey everyone just thought I'd share with you all minion is a new home my 150 had a leak in my 60 I have a lent cichlid and in my 30 I'm getting striped red eye puffers species tank,it was really hard to let him go as some of you know I raised it since it was 1-2 inches :(
But to see him in my 60 or 30 would be cruel and I know he's in good hands now and a way bigger home then 60 and 30 gallons makes me feel ok and much better he is now in GREENBIRD007's hands now as I know he will do a very good job taking care of him and well maybe me and minion will come across one day I hope :( minion helped me get through alot and my fire eel

You did the right thing, he's gonna be soooooo happy in there! :D
 
X2... its always sad to have to get rid of a puffer, but at least hes going to be happy...
 
Pufferpunk do you know of any puffer that will have a personality close to fahaka? It help me alot if I can find one that could live in my 30 :(

His new home looks good... looks like lots of places for him to check out and enjoy...

And to answer your question, a lot of the smaller active puffers have just as much personality if you ask me... just avoid the lurkers, since they really will stay still till feeding time, unless you get exceptionally lucky and find an "active" lurker...

Do you mean Carinotetraodon lorteti?

I personally think they are pretty cool little puffers... stays under 3" so would work for a 30G tank...
