Minnows or Fry?

I am wondering if these fish I netted at local lake this morning are minnows or fry.

It appeared that these are minnow fry. But you shouldn't bring them home if you don't know what you have.

Looks like juvi minnows of some species, to young for me to tell what kind exactly though.
