As much as I don't want to, it looks like I may have to part with my 150-gallon setup.

The entire setup is less then 2-years old, the tank is in MINT condition, and has ALWAYS BEEN A BARE TANK WITHOUT GRAVEL OR ANY DECOR, so there is not 1 single mark on the tank.

I'm going to list what I payed for everthing, and see if I can get any reasonable offers.

$1410 for the tank, stand, and hood. The stand is the Aqueon Mission series stand and its VERY nice. Also have spare set of glass versa-tops that I had to purchase because I cracked one when I first setup the tank.

$200 to have it delivered.

$500 CoralLife Compact Floro 72 inch, holds 4 96-watt compact floro bulbs, has 6 built in moon-leds and cooling fans.

$50 Stealth PRO 300-watt heaters, 2 of them, less then 2-months old, these are the NEW stealth heaters that have the lighted dial.

$1500 Three Eheim Pro3E 2078 Filters, each one loaded with 2 liters of Ehfimech and 6 liters of Ehfisubstrat PRO.

Will throw in a pair of AquaClear 70 Powerheads and one very LARGE nice male JAG cichlid.

Reason for selling, is that my sister is moving from the apartment were the tank is located.

She does not want the tank in her new home, and I have no room for it, unless I put it in the basement of my parents home.

I hate to put in the basement, but if I cannot get any reasonable offers on it, I will.

I would try and sell the tank and stand separate from the filters. I have bought a lot of tank set ups and personally I wouldn't pay more than $400 for the tank and stand. The filters you may be able to get $150-$200 a piece.....

Basement!! Don't sell it. It's way too nice. I have about 7 tanks in my basement. No problems. Go for it. Where do you live in Jersey? I'll come help you move it, so you don't have to sell. :headbang2

I remember seeing pics of this tank new when I was MFK newbie. You'll never get anywhere close to what you pay for. You will get a lot of low balling offers and you might not allow yourself to be insulted by low balling offers. I vote keep it in your basement to get what you paid for.

Bump for a beautiful tank! I say keep that thing! You won't get your money back for it so you might as well store it! I've always loved your setup........ I say keep it.
