Miracle Beam Hi-Lite Underwater Aquarium Lighting System

It's not nearly as cool as you might think it could be. The LEDs aren't quite bright enough to penetrate a lot of water, and I've heard horror stories of bettas getting their eyes burned when the stupid curious things got too close to the light. The only thing it's sort of good for is highlighting air bubbles from a bubble wall or air stone, but you need a whole lot of bubbles, and the light needs to be fairly close to them.

I've got a 75g andthree of these lights. If you have lunar lights don't get blue because it gets washed out. I have one blue and two green and it looks beautiful when at night with only the lunars are on. (four). I have had only great responce from fish and people alike. My fish leave them alone and when swimming through the light its georgeous. Don't have any photos.

i inherited a 29 with GF, so i threw a pair for laughs. It lights the tank up (blue/green) at night and well, meh.

they work well though, if you hide em and play with the beams abit, i'm sure you can create some nice lighting effects.

Doesn't miracle beam also make a lazer shooting lighthouse?? probably want to avoid that one.
