Mirror Trick??? For Jack Breeding....

I've used a mirror before to get the male into breeding mode. My question, is it only the male that will show aggression to the mirror or will females do it also. Cause the EB X BG pair are both acting aggressive towards it.... any info on this?

I would normally say only the male as males normally tend to be more aggressive. But if its a pair then both of them will attack the mirror thinking it is another fish invading their territory. Or they might be defending some hidden eggs you cant see.
