Hi Guys ok so Im new to this site. Ive been on trophs.com for a while but mainly go on to read and learn from others. I placed an order for Trophs with a company spending well over $1200. I received my order today and Im extremely disappointed. I have reached out to the company owner and although he was receptive to my complaint I am still complaining publicly. I will not release the company information just yet as I am hoping that he will honor the original order and make things right without any further actions needed. I promise that I will keep you all informed as to the outcome of this situation so that none of you go thru it. Here are the details of my order...25 Adult Ilangi and 25 Adult Kasanga Red Rainbow. What I received was 12 Adult Ilang? (possibly not even Ilangi) 13 Ilangi at 2". Which raises another problem like ratio. How do you properly vent a barely 2" Troph? The Kasangas all look like Kasanga however they are barely 3". I paid good money and expect to have what I paid for or a full refund of my $1256.25 BTW my promised ratio was 1m/4f. but theres no way of knowing what I really have at this point. I will keep you all updated and I appreciate any input at this point. Thanks guys....Cano
 
Wow 1200 for those fishes i would get a 300 gallon and get some oscars or redtail for it lol. Hope you get your refund
 
Hey people spend 13000 or more on fishes so thats not that bad lol. how many gallons you have?
 
So you are posting a buyer beware notice, but not mentioning the seller?
 
How much is the web shipping i think i might want to get somthing from there.
 
There are some good fish vendors out there and a lot of not so good ones. Seems like you went with a not so good one. It's a shame. You should have paid for your purchase with paypal or a credit card. That way you would be protected by paypal or could do a chargeback through your credit card company. Hopefully the owner will do the right thing and work everything out.
