I was feeding my fish just now and my morbidly obese featherfin catfish farted. She was swimming at the top upside down hording in pellets and one of my dempseys skitted across the tank up and over realizing theres food and shook everybody scared. It smells really bad and she is really fat right now. Same fish as my avatar pic. Except she's bigger and fatter.

If her belly has fat flaps and it jiggles when u touch it should I be worried?

Has anybody else ever heard/smelled fish fart? Its like a stale piece of bagloni. It smells EXACTLY like stale baghloni.

Lmfao. Thats too funny. I never experienced eith a fush but my tuftle did once that smelt like something died in a jar left it for 100 years and opened it .

Here's a few pics of her after feeding time. She almost looks prego. She has mood swings sometimes. Shes very grouchy and irritable and HATES other bottom dwellers. She loves swimming up against the glass and if shes upside down it means shes happy. She is a black hole for food. 6months ago i feed her 1/2 pound of pellets shes 8" btw. She wanted to keep going but i stopped because i was worried she was gonna implode! She is not always fat btw, I just always take pics after feeding time its a habit. Her names include miss piggy, mammoth catfish, MOE (morbidly obese to the extremity)
