Missing fish

ok i got a 55 gallon tank with 4 pictus catfish and one tri-color shark
i came home from school and found only 4 cats and no shark
i searched the tank and around the tank as best i could i dont think he jumped out. Do the catfish i have eat other fish?

If he died of something, the cats would most definetly eaten him. However, the fish law of antimatter states that fish are the only animals capable of hiding their own bodies after death. One of my danios was found dead in the bottom of the substrate...

I had 3 Pictus that took down an Opaline Gourami three times their size & weight, but they didnt eat him. Do sharks burrow under decor?

i moved alllll the gravel and took out the decor
idk they might of ate him=[

I have had the same happen to me but with an arowana and pacus. One morning the aro was missing without a trace.

make sure ou check everywhere around the tank, i mean everywhere in every little nook and crannie!, if he jumped (which sharks are good at) he could have flipp flopped himself anywhere!!
