I got back from Afghanistan on the 2nd of May. The whole time I was gone I was asking my wife how the PBass were doing. She said they were doing great.
I get home and there aren't any PBass in the tank. She said there they are right there, and pointed to my True Parrot cichlids, oh well. I Pulled out all of the rocks and pots, which took a couple hours, no bodies, no bones, no nothing.
The thing is, the day before I left, I had a pump failure and had to do a quick pump change and plumb some different pumps to sit under the lids. This propped the lids up about 2" over the length of the tank. I can only assume that the fish jumped out and were eaten by the cats or dogs. I lost 3 Orino PBass - May they rest in peace.
